Health disclaimer

Kaitlyn Bakker is a certified personal trainer, not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian. Nothing on this website, in our emails, or in our coaching is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from a qualified health professional.
Talk to your doctor first
Please check with your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a heart or lung condition, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, joint replacements, recent surgery, a new injury, or if you take medication that affects your heart rate or balance.
Know your limits
Exercise carries some risk of injury. Work at a level that feels right for you, and stop right away if you feel chest pain or pressure, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or sharp pain. If symptoms don't settle quickly, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Training at home
Coaching happens over video, so you're responsible for a safe space to train: clear floor, stable furniture, sturdy footwear and equipment in good condition. Let us know about any change in your health so we can adjust your program.
Results vary
Client stories on this site reflect individual experiences. Your results will depend on your health, effort and consistency, and aren't guaranteed.
By using this website or our coaching, you accept responsibility for your own health decisions and agree that Well & Able Fitness isn't liable for injury or harm that comes from using this information, to the extent the law allows. Clients also sign a separate waiver and health questionnaire before their first session.
